  “You have to visit ‘Temple of Mazek’. It is located in the northwest region of Minecraft world. Some the most powerful magicians live there. They know all secrets of Minecraft. They might know how to destroy cosmic cube.”

  “I don’t know about such a temple”, said Sam. Even Notch seemed uncertain.

  “No, it's there. It’s near the village of Delphi. You have to go there and talk to the priest. He will take you to that temple”, George finished.

  “Hey, I know that place”, I said.

  Notch nodded his head and said, “I know that place, but it’s far away. I need to travel alone. Jack and Sam, you both need to stay alert. It might take me one day.”

  He then called Sam outside and whispered something to him. Sam nodded. Notch then called Wizard and they both teleported.

  Sam put a spell on George, which made him sleep. Sam told me to relax. We both sat there and talked with each other for hours and hours about Minecraftia. Time passes quickly when you talk with your friends.

  Nothing happened that day. No activity.

  CHAPTER 8 - Day 7

  It was 2 A.M in the morning. Sam woke me up and told me that it was my turn to keep a watch. I woke up rubbing my eyes. I was feeling sleepy and tired. I sat at the opening of the cave, looking out in the wilderness. Everything was silent; the cool breeze was blowing. There were few animals roaming here and there.

  It was a full moon night.

  Suddenly there was a sound of a wolf. I could see an outline of a wolf standing on top of a hill. It looked in my direction and started running towards me.

  “SAM, SAM, Wake up!” I shouted. Sam woke up startled. He saw that wolf. Sam and I sprang up. I had my sword out. Wolf came and stopped about 10 feet from where we were standing. Then, without warning, it jumped. I swung my sword at it, expecting to hit something, but nothing happened. It just vanished in the mid air. We both stood there looking startled.

  “Where did it disappear Sam?” I asked.

  Sam wasn’t able to answer. He was down on the ground and he was holding his head.

  “What happened Sam?” I asked.

  “There is something wrong, Jack. There is someone here. He is very powerful, I sense his presence.” He stammered.

  “It’s me, you morons”, said a cold voice from behind. There was a guy standing.

  “I remember this voice. It’s the voice of that mysterious guy.” Sam said.

  He was still on the ground, withering in pain.

  I looked at that guy.

  I had seen him somewhere, but I couldn’t recollect. Sam, however, managed to look up and his face went white when he saw that stranger’s face.

  “This can’t be true, you don’t exist.” Sam spluttered.

  “Who is he, Sam?” I asked, holding up my sword.

  “He is Herobrine, the legendary ghost. I always believed it was a lie to scare people. But…but…” he stopped short.

  Herobrine was heavily built. The most disturbing thing about him was his eyes. They were white. I was unsure about this man. Sam was withering with pain.

  Suddenly, Sam shouted, “Run, Jack, Run. There is no way that you can fight this guy. He is way too powerful.”

  “No, I will fight back” I shouted back. “I cannot leave you alone.”

  “Please, Jack, Run, if you want to live,” Jack shouted.

  But, I wasn’t listening. I made myself ready to charge at Herobrine.
