ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Victoria Chang’s previous collections of poetry are The Boss, Salvinia Molesta, and Circle. The Boss won the PEN Center USA Literary Award and a California Book Award. In 2017, she received a Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship. Her children’s picture book, Is Mommy?, illustrated by Marla Frazee, was a New York Times Notable Book. She holds degrees from the University of Michigan, Harvard, and Stanford, as well as an MFA from Warren Wilson, where she received a Holden Scholarship. She lives in Southern California with her family and two wiener dogs, Mustard and Ketchup. She currently teaches creative writing at Chapman University and the Orange County School of the Arts.
