I scanned the paper lower to find that the phrase is not excluded was defined as meaning the possible father most likely IS the biological father of the child, since all data gathered from the test supports a relationship of paternity.
The whole world had probably heard me yell yes and pump my fist in the air. My late night caller would get a whole lot of fuck you and kiss my ass. Jamie had always been and forever would be my daughter, just as Honey was my wife. And all our kids were the best parts of our lives.
