About Ruth Ann Nordin
Ruth comes from a family who refers to romance novels as “trash”. They had high hopes she would delve into something like science fiction or fantasy, and for a while, she wrote different genres. But her heart was always in romance. Finally, she decided to disappoint them and run headlong into writing romances. To their horror, she ended up self-publishing them. Once they overcame their shock, they accepted the fact that she is a romance writer. Ruth looks back on this and thinks it’s funny. Romance is just one of those genres some people have a hard time accepting, though it is the genre she’s most passionate about.
When Ruth isn’t writing, she loves hiking, working on puzzles, and watching RiffTrax and Mystery Science Theater 3000 movies. She lives in Montana with her husband and four sons who are now in middle school and high school. Needless to say, groceries are a huge part of her budget. People had warned her that teen boys eat all the time, and they were right.
