wilt (WILT)—to begin to droop or become tired
1. Lots of people help Kylie Jean achieve her goal. What can you do to help your friends when they have goals? Talk about it.
2. Kylie Jean had a long list of things to do to get ready for the pageant. Which thing was the hardest? Explain your answer.
3. What do you think happens after this story ends?
1. Kylie Jean’s goal is to be a beauty queen. What’s your number-one dream?
2. Who is your favorite character in this story? Draw a picture of that person. Then write a list of five things you know about them.
3. Pretend you want to be the Blueberry Queen. Make a poster just like Kylie Jean did, and write an essay that lists all of your reasons!
