Graham raised an eyebrow at her.
“I admit I chose it, but you agreed.” She wandered around the room, touching the side of the baby bed, the chest of drawers, and the changing table.
His heart swelled with love for his tiny wife. She’d brought sunshine and light into his life, and now they were going to have a child. His brothers teased him about marrying and the changes he’d made, but it was all in good fun. Somehow, in opening his heart to Gina, he’d also opened it more to the others he loved.
“What are you thinking?” Gina asked.
“About how cute you are.”
“Cute? With this big tummy? I look like a bowling ball with two short legs.”
“You glow.” He leaned against the door frame. “And you don’t have to worry about interrupting my writing.”
“I don’t?”
“I’ve discovered I write much better when I know you’re around.”
“Why, Mr. Brodie, that is the sweetest thing you’ve ever said to me.”
He grinned and took her hand. “Come into our room, and I’ll tell you more.” He swept her into his arms. “I can never get close enough to you. Does your bewitching spell ever wear off?” he asked in a teasing manner as he laid her gently on their bed.
“Never. You’re stuck with me.”
“Thank goodness.” He lay beside her and pulled her into his arms.

Born in Florida, Paige Cameron’s early dreams included being a movie star. Of course, it didn’t happen. Later, she escaped into daydreams full of fascinating characters. Her friends had to endure her reading her stories to them when she began to put them to paper.
There were detours in her life for marriage, children, and traveling to foreign countries where her husband’s job took her. She continued to be an avid reader and dream of the day she’d have a book published. She finally got started writing, and divorce sidetracked her.
Now, happily married to her hero, with grown children, she decided to pursue her dream career, writing.
