“Are you going to stay there all night?” Xeon joked at them both.

Xeon leaned in close to her ear. “I love you, too. Sleep, sweetheart.” He spoke quietly.
“I love you too.” Kyro ran his hand along the arm that held him. “I can’t believe we found our mate. Can’t believe it is going to be both of us to love and care for her.” Mara’s eyes may have been closed, but she could still hear them.
Xeon laughed. “Well, with there being a panther, vampire, and demon in that beautiful, voluptuous body, it is going to take both of us to keep control and love all of them.”
Kyro sighed, yawning to himself. “This is going to be one hell of a ride. But, fuck, I’m looking forward to it.” He paused before he continued. “Who knew we would be happy sharing someone like Mara?”

Epilogue
Mara had been busy all day, shopping with Raveena and Trina for more Halloween decorations. After lunch, they met up and decorated the rec hall for the party that night. “Damn it!” She slung her hair up in a towel.
“What’s wrong?” Kyro ran into the bathroom, only half-dressed in his costume.
“With all that damn shopping I did with Trina and Raveena, I forgot to get me a damn costume. I have nothing to wear. I can just get dressed normal and go as a bartender.” She suggested but knew the idea sucked. According to Trina, everyone went all out with Halloween costumes.
“I told you what I think you should be.” Kyro wiggled his eyebrows. “Damn, it would be so fucking hot.”
“I agree.” Xeon came into the bathroom dressed in black leather chaps and a black leather vest. He had a very sexy bad biker look.
“I guess I don’t really have other options.” She shrugged.

“We’re being nice.” Xeon and Kyro said in unison.

“I’m going to finish getting ready.” Kyro stood at the bathroom door. “Now, finish getting ready, or I’ll have you walk the plank. Or maybe you would prefer a good flogging. A
ye?” Kyro put down his eye patch and held up his pirate hook.
“Definitely a flogging,” Mara said, and pressed her lips against his. Kyro reached under the towel and cupped her ass.
“We can make that happen.” Xeon came up behind her, sandwiching her in between them and nibbled on her earlobe.
Thirty minutes later, they arrived at the compound’s rec hall. Large white faux spiderwebs hung from every tree. Styrofoam headstones were scattered around the lawn. One had a skeleton climbing from the grave. Game stations were set up for the kids. Inside the building, everything had been done up in a Halloween motif. Floating candles hung from the ceiling. Every corner had witches on brooms.
The party was already in full swing by the time they arrived. Mara had never seen so many adults dressed up. However, she hadn’t been to any Halloween parties either. Kyro kept up his pirate banter with everyone. Mara let her demon side out, once again, wrapped in tendrils of darkness. Everyone stopped and watched when they walked in. After Xeon gave them a stern look, they went back to what they were doing.
“What’s your poison?” The bartender was dressed as a witch, complete with a long nose with a wart on the end.
“This girl is all the poison we need.” Kyro kissed her cheek.
“Mara!” Trina called out from across the room. Her Tinkerbell costume fit perfectly with her petite figure. “I have someone for you to meet.” She waved a skeleton over to them. “I want you to meet Benny.”
“You probably don’t recognize me without being a hyena,” Benny said.
“I remember you. I just haven’t seen your face.” She still couldn’t see his face with all the face paint.
“I wanted to thank you for taking care of that son of a bitch.” Benny went in for a hug, but Xeon and Kyro both gave him a look that made him back away.
“You’re welcome. I’m glad I could dish out justice for everyone,” Mara said honestly. “I’m just glad everyone is okay and out of animal form. I wish I had been able to do it before lives were lost.”
“To Mara.” Benny held up his drink.
All the shifters that were saved came over and circled around her, holding their drinks high. Raveena, dressed as Cinderella, brought Mara, Kyro, and Xeon a shot.
“To Mara!” they said in unison. Everyone tossed back their shots in celebration.
Mara blushed at the attention she received. It wasn’t necessary. She only did what she thought was right. One by one, the shifters came over and introduced themselves. Mara’s heart swelled with the gratitude coming from everyone. This was her home now, and she felt welcomed by all. When everyone separated from the group, Xeon took her in his arms. Kyro came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
“See? You belong here.” He kissed the tip of her nose.
“You belong with us.” Kyro nuzzled her neck.
“Of course, I do. I never doubted that for a second. You two are my everything,” she replied.
“And you’re ours,” they said in unison.
Mara loved it when they spoke the same words at the same time. They were so in sync with each other.
