Dear Cecily,
You ran off at the party and then I only saw you from afar. I was going to send this in an email but since you live next door it was just easier to write it and drop it off.
I’m really sorry about the way things ended at the party. I’m so glad you felt comfortable enough to talk to me. And I still really think you’re amazing and a fabulous friend. I don’t want things to change between us. I just don’t know how I feel about anything love related. I don’t like boys or girls—I am just kind of here waiting to figure out how I feel.
