‘Let them have their meeting, Simone, let’s go make something else,’ Emma said.
‘Okay, Emma,’ Simone said with delight, and went out.
Emma smiled at Xuan Wu. ‘Thanks for the help, Mr Chen.’
‘My pleasure, Miss Donahoe.’
She walked back through the door.
‘You should keep her, my Lord, she makes Simone very happy,’ Gold said.
‘That’s what Leo says,’ Xuan Wu said. ‘And I’m beginning to think that it might be a good idea. Oh, she left her Lego here.’
Jade made some small sounds of derision and they pulled out the brochures on private jets to compare them. Xuan Wu picked up the Lego and took it out to Emma and Simone. Gold turned to watch him, as Jade remained oblivious, looking at the brochures.
It was Gold who spoke.
