He walked over to her and took the strap from her hand. Wrapping his arms around her so the hand with the strap was directly behind her butt, he gave her a couple of swats with it through her jeans.
Though she could barely feel anything through the heavy denim, it ignited the desire she’d already developed with her thoughts.
