What was she going to do, complain that her millions of dollars in cash that she’d made selling cocaine at college parties was missing? Not likely.
The money we put to good use—investing, and sending me back to school at State. Evan’s also going back to college, and Ellen too, when she’s ready. Jensen and Roarke are opening up a garage with the money. They’ve always been amazing with engines and stuff, and I think it’s the outlet they’ve always wanted.
The world isn’t always a nice place. It’s sometimes scary, and monsters can be real. But, you can’t be afraid, and you can’t stay afraid. And sometimes, you’ve gotta fight those monsters right back.
And that’s just what we did. Because that’s what family does. That and love each other, and that we’ve got in spades.
