He let go of himself and drew me into a kiss. Our bodies melded together on the cool tiled floor.
“Let’s get to deleting that video,” he said keeping his promise.
“I almost wished we taped this,” I admitted. I wanted to see our bodies moving hungrily together.
“What if I tell you I taped it? And now you have to do this again to get it back?” His smile told me he was teasing, but I liked his little game.
“You did what?” I played along.
“I taped the entire fandango.” He kissed me softly. “You’ll have to have dinner with me if you want it deleted.”
“I like that idea.”
“Excellent.”
We both began pulling our scattered clothes back on. I wrote my number on a sticky note and handed it to him.
“I’ll call you later then,” he said. Then with one last kiss on my cheek he left the room, a bit more swagger in his step I thought.
I wondered what excuse he’d give his boss for being gone so long. I didn’t care though. Shit! That was right, I’d forgotten to finish my finals, I didn’t care anymore. I was going to leave and enjoy the evening and wait for Cullen’s call.
On my way to the car, Cheryl, the principal’s secretary, caught me.
“Oh Miss Anderson!” she called.
“Yes?” I asked sweetly.
“You didn’t turn your grades in.”
“Almost done,” I lied. “I’ll get them into you in the morning.”
“Alright,” she tsk’d. “Did you hear something funny in your hall this afternoon?”
My cheeks must have blazed red. “No, why?”
“Nothing, just a few of the other teachers thought they heard some teenagers having sex in the bathroom,” she said in a lowered voice. “Kids these days.”
She was shaking her head. I was walking off to my car.
“Kids these days,” I mumbled out loud, a silly grin on my face.
