      Ed Halliwell is a UK-based mindfulness teacher and writer. He leads courses and retreats in London, Sussex and Surrey, working with a wide range of groups and organizations. He is co-author of The Mindful Manifesto: How Doing Less And Noticing More Can Help Us Thrive In A Stressed-Out World, as well as author of the Mental Health Foundation’s ‘Be Mindful’ report, and is Co-director of The Mindfulness Initiative, which is working with the Mindfulness All-Party Parliamentary group to bring mindfulness into public policy.
