Devon sat at his desk and moved his mouse across the chrome surface, which reflected the colorful lights above his head. He clicked an icon and a screen appeared, showing a satellite image of the Earth. The screen populated with the words:

“You lost contact?” A shadowy man behind him asked.
“Just for a moment,” Devon said. “She probably was washing her hands or something.”
A blue dot appeared on the screen and the image zoomed to the location.
“See,” Devon said, pointing at the screen. “There she is.”
“Keep an eye on her,” the man behind him said. “We can’t trust either of them. Adam. Or Elliott.”
