  “Excuse me,” her voice was soft and sweet.

  “Yes.” I replied quickly, before my father could help her.

  She smiled up at me and I realized how innocent she was. A powerful need to protect her swept through me, but I pushed the feeling down before I got carried away.

  “Do you carry portable fans?”

  I nodded. “We do.”

  “Oh good. It gets so hot at night. I desperately need one.”

  I nodded and turned away from her before she could make out the hardening bulge forming in my pants. The image of her body covered in a sheen of sweat while she bounced on my lap was slowly burning through my mind, nearly making me groan in a need so powerful I had to force myself to walk away from her. “I’ll get one for you.”

  “Thank you,” she whispered.

  “Anything for you, baby girl.”

  God help me if I didn’t want to take her and keep her for myself. But I knew better than that, and even if this little girl was driving me to do things I’d normally never do, I was still a decent man. The young woman was a temptation I needed to stay far away from, even if it killed me.
