Max shook her head – not quite believing her own ears.
“Is that what this has been about?”
“No – of course not. I am very keen to capture you in stone.”
“But you expect me to have sex with you?”
“Why yes.”
“You're awfully sure of yourself.”
“I knew you would pose naked didn't I?”
“Yes, but... that was... that's totally different.”
“Don't get worked up about it. I didn't mean we should have sex tonight.”
“Oh well that's okay then.”
“Shall we say Sunday?”
Max grabbed her coat, and stormed out of the studio.
