Again, we were both quiet for a few moments while we ingested the secrets that we’d told each other.
‘For twins, we haven’t done a very good job of knowing what the other one is thinking,’ said Lilith.
I thought back to how I’d heard her call from the crypt. ‘Sometimes we have. I think that we will when we need to.’
‘Maybe,’ said Lilith.
‘Definitely. We will always be twins, no one can ever take that way, but one thing has changed and that is I used to think I am me, but there were two of me. Now I think I am a twin, but I’m also complete and unique.’
‘Me too,’ said Lilith.
And then we burst out laughing.

Eve’s Top Tips for a Brilliant Bedroom Makeover
If repainting your whole room is out, ask if you can just paint one wall. It will still make a huge difference to the room. Look out for interesting paints – you can buy glitters, metallics, even magnetic types!
Changing the lighting in your room will make it look totally different. You could try fairy lights, coloured lampshades or even candles, if you’re super-careful with them!
Try pinning bits of colourful fabric to the walls and ceiling. They will make the room seem cosier and it’s much easier than putting up wallpaper!
Stencils are a cheap way to brighten up a plain wall. They are available in most DIY shops and online.
Even if you’re rubbish at sewing, cushion covers are really easy to make and will make your room look great. Just fold some fabric that you like into an envelope shape and sew down the sides.
Frame some pictures that you like and ask someone to put them up in your room for you. You could even paint the frames to match your colour scheme!
