He kissed her, and she knew. They had so much more ahead of them. “No, little witchie…your destiny is just beginning. Rest now. When you wake, the world will be new again. All eighteen of them.”
Something the Dark Sorcerer had said flitted through her mind. “Nineteen. There are nineteen. And the Dark Sorcerer knows all of them.”
“Worry not about the Dark Sorcerer now. The time for him is not today, but later.”
Loren nodded and closed her eyes, knowing he was right.
Later.
“We’ll talk. Later…”
He kissed her forehead. “We most certainly will…my little witchie…we most certainly will…For we have eternity ahead of us now.”
