I smiled and watched as the group of executives opened up and exposed the man they had crowded around and was talking to. He looked me straight in the eyes. My heart dropped. It was my chocolate temptation.
“Hi, I am Travis Ingram.”
“Malika Williamson. It is nice meeting you.” I was trying to stay professional and not let on that I knew Travis. I was flabbergasted. All I could think about was lusting and coveting. I refused to go back there. It was a major struggle and I was simply not strong enough. Dexter and I were in counseling. I refused to go backward. Life was good! I looked at him.
