‘Son,’ Quinn turned back to Connor, ‘I don’t know how you did it.’
Connor smothered a smile. ‘I think she’s just tired.’
‘What the hell are you talking about?’ Holly had had enough of these two who appeared to have ganged up against her. ‘What do you want from me? Stop speaking in riddles, for God’s sake. I’m not up to playing silly bloody games.’
