  Preface

This book is a Christian fiction. It has poems, a lyric or hymn and two messages. It will be very interesting for Non-Christians too. I love sharing the Word of God. I love to obey God’s word. I believe that God will use this book as a tool to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

  God loves you.

  Flower of Life

It was Abrahams’s twenty seventh birthday celebration. He had invited his friends and Abigail. Abigail joins the celebration. She started playing the piano. Abigail’s voice was always pleasing to Abraham.

The celebration was at Abraham’s home. Everyone started leaving his home, but Abigail didn’t. She wanted to share something with him. And he nodded with a smile. Abigail started telling him, “I know you for couple of months, and thank you for your friendship; I want you to know that I am in love with you, and I want to marry you.”

Abraham looked at her and said, “You are surely my best friend, but I always treated you as my sister. I don’t have a sister, but I felt that our friendship will always continue, but I never imagined that you will look at me with such a love.” And he tells her that he needed some time to think and tell his decision.

After two days Abigail called Abraham and asked him where they shall meet. Abraham said to her that they shall meet in their favourite restaurant. They ordered some starters. Abraham took a piece of paper and a pen, and asked her to look at his eyes, and he penned down the following poem….

In the rapid life…..I always wanted to be single……..

But you made me think that I shall not be alone……

  I can’t be single anymore…..

  It’s because you have discovered….

  That I am a receptacle of love……

  I always have love for a woman….

My heart says that my perfect receptacle is you…..

I choose to love you as myself…..

Thank you for your love with respect…..

I am here to marry you soon…..

Abraham gave the paper to her. She read it and thanked him with a smile.

Abraham asked her what she would like to have. As usual she wanted an ice cream and pizza. Abigail knew that he would refuse to have an ice cream, since he was always afraid of gaining few pounds. As usual Abraham didn’t touch the ice cream. But Abigail didn’t leave him. Both of them had few scoops of ice cream, and the rest was spilled over them.

Abigail’s home was nearer to the restaurant. They went to Abigail’s home. Abigail gave her dad’s shirt to Abraham, and asked him to remove his shirt, and wear her dad’s shirt. Abraham thought of going to his home, he felt that her dad’s shirt might be long for him. He went with her to his home and changed his dress. Abigail wanted to go to mall with him.

They started to the mall, and Abigail looked at the restaurant, and said that she will make him eat a lot of ice cream after marriage, and make him stout. They loved every moment. And they always wanted to spend lot of time together, just to love one another more. Abigail’s room was filled with makeup kits that Abraham gifted, and his room was filled with grooming kits that Abigail had gifted.

Abraham shows her his new smart phone. Abraham parked the car near a garden, and held her hands, and wrapped his arms around her, and took few selfies, and finally a picture of her standing in the midst of flowers. Abraham changed his profile picture.

Abraham gave the phone to Abigail and said her to have it. Abigail couldn’t understand why. He said he was tired of window shopping and gifted the phone for her.

Further, he knew that Abigail liked the new model phone. Abigail hugged him and thanked him for the gift. Immediately after she received the phone, he sent her a poem…..

The bugs in the garden….shall no longer attracted by flowers….

The fragrance of your love overflows beyond imagination…..

You are the flower of heart….making me lovely…

Our hearts are attracted by love for one another…..

My love for you will be warm as sunlight and chill as water….

My life is beautiful since the flower of my life is in my heart…..

Abigail hugged him again for the poem.

She looked at his diary and asked him whether she could read that. He gave his diary.

  Journey to Home

  She started to read,

When I was waiting for my companion and my life partner, I found it all in one person. I mean she is a wonderful woman. But I always want to treat her as my friend and sister, nothing beyond that. I am so glad that I met her first in the music college. Abigail completed her graduation in economics. She was interested more in music, since her childhood. She did her graduation for the sake of her parents. She is a professional song composer.

One day music class was over, Abigail’s friends also left. It was raining. Abraham was about to leave, but didn’t since he saw Abigail waiting for her dad. They were sharing about their mutual interests and became friends. Abigail turned the page and found a lyric which Abraham had already written for her.

It was a journey to home, with confidence in life, and death…….

I always wanted to be single, but felt the need of a companion…..

And on my birthday when you asked, shall we marry….

All I could say was unconditional yes….

  Love you so much…

  Now I have found the receptacle….Yes it’s you….

And my heart always pours out love for you…. The perfect receptacle…..

Abigail called him and said, “Hey, I really know that you love me.” May be we should think of composing songs together. And Abraham felt happy, and said, why not let me make a movie and a music album full of love only for you. Immediately Abigail texted him the following lyric….

I never felt so lonely…..Yet my heart yearned for you….

  I never wanted to be single….but I always wanted a good friend…..

I always love my parents…..but had a place for a man in my heart….

Though it might be a fantasy…..my love at first sight…..

I didn’t want to be a liar….so said the truth that I am in love with you….

Love you always Abraham Job…You are my man….all perfect….

  Abigail continued to read further….

  Rapid Life Music College

Abraham Job was good at playing guitar. But he didn’t touch his guitar after graduation. He never had any formal education in music. But he had the ability to write lyrics, and play guitar. He was always interested in learning guitar formally; he felt his need to join a guitar class.

He joined the Rapid Life music college. He enrolled in the classes on Sunday 9 A.M to 10 A.M. He didn’t find the weekend class comfortable; since he would be attending church service at 11:30 A.M. He felt that he should attend the church and then guitar class in the evening, but during Sundays most of the music schools were working only from 8 A.M to 1 P.M. Exclusive class room training was given. He wa
s selected as one of the guitarists for the Christmas concert.

Those who were selected were given special training by Abigail. She trained the musicians and vocalists. The training was supposed to be only 2 hours, but it lasted for about 4 hours. It was 10 P.M, a week for the concert. And Abigail felt everyone would perform well. The special training was over. Everyone started leaving.

It started to rain, and Abigail called her dad to come to the music college, and take her to home, since she came to the music school by public transport. She felt that she might not be able to go home easily as like other days because of heavy rain.

Abraham Job saw Abigail, and appreciated her for her patience in training everyone individually. Abigail started telling him why she started a music school. Her parents wanted her to do something that would help their business. But she was interested in music. And she was a woman raised in a Christian home.

Before sharing anything further she asked Abraham whether he was born again. He said yes, and she asked him how? He answered in few words, “I read the Holy Bible, and I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.” Abigail was excited and thrilled to hear his testimony.

She asked him whether he could spare a few minutes and tell her in detail what made him to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. Abraham promised her that he will tell that during the next meet. But she persisted. She said that it will take his dad at least 20 minutes to reach the music college.

Abraham started to share his testimony. He was not raised in a Christian home. He and his brother are the only believers in their entire family. His parents were still unbelievers. He believes that his parents would receive Jesus Christ as
