  12 Pop Song Lyrics

  Paul Whybrow

  Love-Stream

We're floating in a stream of love,

  We swim side-by-side,

Floating in our stream of love.

  The current pulls us along.

  Bubbling and splashing,

Soaking up our stream of love.

I swallow you, you swallow me,

Drinking up our stream of love.

  I'll never thirst for another,

Satisfied by our stream of love.

  Streams run to the river,

Our love grows more and more.

  Our love-stream deepens and widens,

  We'll never reach the shore.

Wet together, we stroke and dive,

Lost in our stream of love.

  Real Love

  Our love won't alter.

  And if it does

  we'll stay the same,

  surrounded by real love

  real love,

  real love,

  real love.

  Sometimes we'll wander

  away from each other.

  But we'll always come back

to the security of real love,

  real love,

  real love,

  real love.

You're the only one I want,

  it's you I yearn for.

  We'll be together forever,

  united by our real love,

  real love,

  real love,

  real love.

  She's In My Head

I can't stop thinking about her,

and don't want to ever stop.

She's in my head all of the time,

I see her face everywhere I go.

  I'll see you soon,

I want to see you every day.

I dream of you at night.

  In my head,

  in my head,

  you're in my head.

I can't believe we once were strangers,

that I passed her by on the street.

How didn't I see her pretty face?

It's all I think of now.

  I'll see you soon,

I want to see you every day.

I dream of you at night.

  In my head,

  in my head,

  you're in my head.

  We're no longer strangers,

I love her, heart and soul.

  Her face is my guiding-star.

  I'll adore her for always.

  I'll see you soon,

I want to see you every day.

I dream of you at night.

  In my head,

  in my head,

  you're in my head.

  Love Jump

  I'm happy with you,

  You're happy with me.

  Let's jump into love

And see what we will be.

  Love jump, love jump.

  Jump into it.

  We're doing the love jump.

  Jumping all around,

  We stay happy this way.

  I jump over you.

  You jump over me.

  Love jump, love jump.

  Jump into it.

  We're doing the love jump.

  We're jumping love bunnies,

  Bouncing up and down.

  I jump with you.

  You jump with me.

  Love jump, love jump.

  Jump into it.

  We're doing the love jump.

  What If We Did?

We both know we want to.

  So why don't we try?

It might be fun, you know

  To leap before we look.

  What if we did?

  Give it a go.

  Let our love grow.

  What if we did?

  We've been looking

  At one another

  For a long time now,

  Wondering how we'd be.

  What if we did?

  Give it a go.

  Let our love grow.

  What if we did?

  We'd be fools not to.

You know that much is true.

  For you really fancy me,

And you know I fancy you.

  What if we did?

  Give it a go.

  Let our love grow.

  What if we did?

  So Do I

You know that thing you do

  When you're alone

  In your bedroom

  And no one's watching?

  Well, so do I,

  So do I,

  I do it too.

  Let's do it together!

You know what you get up to

  When you're in your car,

  stuck in a traffic jam,

  all on your own?

  Well, so do I,

  So do I,

  I do it too.

  Let's do it together!

  You know where you go

  When you need to

  You know what,

  And not be seen?

  Well, so do I,

  So do I,

  I do it too.

  Let's do it together!

  My Sunflower Girl

Standing in a field of joy,

My sunflower girl beams at me.

Bright and warm and full of fun,

She shines her light on me.

  Cheer me up, sunflower girl.

  Smile your love my way.

  Holding hands with my love,

She turns her face to me.

  Such perfect pleasures

Light up the way for me.

  Cheer me up, sunflower girl.

  Smile your love my way.

The circle of love we feel

Is shared by her and me.

The way she bends and glows
>
  Her happiness to me.

  Cheer me up, sunflower girl.

  Smile your love my way.

  Make a Wish

  We're meant to be.

  I feel that it's true.

  Some things

  belong together.

  And that includes

  Me and you.

  Make a wish,

  Make a wish.

  Let that wish

  Be me and you.

  We've been coming

  Towards one another

  In time and space,

  Like shooting-stars.

  Let's collide

  And hold on tight.

  Make a wish,

  Make a wish.

  Let that wish

  Be me and you.

  Together, we'll be happy.

  A union meant to be.

  We'll never ever part.

  Stay joined in love

  Floating happily

  In eternity.

  Make a wish,

  Make a wish.

  Let that wish

  Be me and you.

  Lay Down Your Love

  Why carry it around

  In your sweet heart?

  It's been sheltered

  For too long now.

  Lay down your love.

I'll hold you in my arms.

  I'll lay down my love,

  When I'm alone with you.

It's a soft and tender burden.

  The love you hold inside.

  You've been hurt before,

So you hide it all away.

  Lay down your love.

I'll hold you in my arms.

  I'll lay down my love,

  When I'm alone with you.

  Love should be as gentle

As a sweet red rose petal,

  But you've been scratched

  By thorns you didn't see.

  Lay down your love.

I'll hold you in my arms.

  I'll lay down my love,

  When I'm alone with you.

  We're meant for one another.

  Open and free, forever together.

Our love will heal the hurt.

  All will be joyful again.

  Lay down your love.

I'll hold you in my arms.

  I'll lay down my love,

  When I'm alone with you.

  Blink And You'll Miss It

  Watching my true love

  Come to me from times

When he was just a dream.

I held myself ready for joy.

  Blink and you'll miss it.

  Life flees as you watch.

  Keep your eyes wide open.

Take in all that you love.

  Being alone with my beloved,

  We move in sweet harmony.

Time melts, and we do too.

  Joined in eternity, floating free.

  Blink and you'll miss it.

  Life flees as you watch.

  Keep your eyes wide open.

Take in all that you love.

I only know the one thing

That I need to get through.

His love is true and mine to hold.

We blend in strength and bliss.

  Blink and you'll miss it.

  Life flees as you watch.

  Keep your eyes wide open.

Take in all that you love.

  Lost Love and Moonbeams

  Moving my hand slowly

  Through soft moonbeams,

  I pause, lingering on thoughts

Of who we used to be.

  Lost Love and Moonbeams.

  The shadows hide memories

  Of my long-lost love.

  I threw your love away,

  The stupidest thing I've done.

  Now nights go on forever,

As I lie and think of you.

  Lost Love and Moonbeams.

  The shadows hide memories

  Of my long-lost love.

I'll never know your like again.

  Stopped searching long ago.

  Memory is my only company.

I hold you in my dreams.

  Lost Love and Moonbeams.

  The shadows hide memories

  Of my long-lost love.

  Come To Me, My Love

  It's time we moved.

  It's time we grooved.

  You know what I mean.

  I know what you need.

  Come to me, my love.

  Be with me a while.

  We'll move together,

  Making patterns in love.

  I see love motion,

  Swirling around you.

  You're the breeze

  Blowing sadness away.

  Come to me, my love.

  Be with me a while.

  We'll move together,

  Making patterns in love.

  I feel a storm coming,

  Roaring through me.

  I can't hold back,

  You pull me in.

  Come to me, my love.

  Be with me a while.

  We'll move together,

  Making patterns in love.

  The pressure's off.

  We calm and cool.

  Falling into dreams,

  Together in the void.

  Come to me, my love.

  Be with me a while.

  We'll move together,

  Making patterns in love.
