  CHAPTER 1:- INTRODUCTION

I am ending this chapter on a very short note. Every single person must be chanting around here and there. “This is my life, let me do whatever I want to do with it.” I just wish this could have been true. But the truth is, life is yours, but you are letting the society governs it. This book doesn’t tell you the incidents when you are governed by the society and you are happy being governed. The purpose of this book is to make you believe in yourself and abolish the “Why What will The Society Think” factor?

CHAPTER 2:- WE LIVE TO PLEASE THE SOCIETY. CHANGE IT NOW!

We live in such a world where majority of our activities are just to please the society. Funny but true. Nowadays, instead of our soul, the society governs our activities.

“Hey! Please don’t play in the mud, else people will consider you as an ill-mannered fellow.”

“Hey! Stay away from that guy. The society hates him.”

“Please be present in today’s function. Else people will think you are egoistic.”

  And the best one,

“Why are your grades less than his/her? Society will consider you inferior to him/her.”a

  #true_story

At least one of the above incident must have had happened with everyone. And they are just to please the society. My question here is this:-

“WHY SHOULD WE PLEASE THE SOCIETY BY THE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE UNPLEASANT TO US?”

God has given us our soul. We have not borrowed it from anyone. Moreover, the society is not even oxygen. Then why are we letting it to form the backbone of our life? Why is the society usurping our minds, our activities and even our lives? This is the question that needs to be answered and we have to find a solution.

The answer is simple. The society helps us, so we are obliged to them. But we misinterpret this obligation as something else. We start to think that,

“They are helping us. So we must listen and agree to them.”

“If we don’t agree to them, maybe they will stop helping us.”

WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE DYING FOR ANYONE’S HELP. WHY ARE YOU READY TO BE A SERVANT OF ANYONE IF HE/SHE HELPS YOU?

If anyone is helping you, a simple thank you would do. But I can’t understand when this simple thank you converts into, “ You did so much for us, we will do anything you wish.”

First of all, help is not a give-and-take thing. There should be no such thing as “Returning The Favour.” And even if someone helps you then your soul doesn’t permits to run away when he/she is in trouble. But that’s it. He/she doesn’t earn the right to interfere in your life. So, when anyone advice you to do something,

“LISTEN, SMILE , AGREE AND THEN DO WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WERE GOING TO DO.”

There is one important point I want to add. The persons you love the most are not the society. So pleasing them makes you benevolent. But other than them.

IF PLEASING THEM TAKES OUT YOUR PLEASURE, FUCK THEIR PLEASURE. BE HAPPY AND BE PLEASED!!

CHAPTER 3:- DON’T BE “THE SOCIETY” STOP GIVING A F**K

The Moment You Start Giving A F**k to Everything, is the Moment You Start Getting F**ked by Everyone.. This are the great words of Kishan Jhunjhunwala..Just kidding but this is what I have concluded over the past few months.

Being a 19 year old kid I wouldn’t say that I know much about life and all. But I can definitely say that I really love to share my feelings with the readers. So, getting started with my t.opic.

Every single person around us has got some sort of problems or secrets or some loopholes that they don’t want to share. Or Some people has got some interesting and funny stories about their past or present. Some wants to share, some wants to show them off, some wants to discuss them in public, while some of them want to keep them to themselves.. But the fact is; That is their stuffs.

Many of us are in a habit of talking and discussing about a third person during a conversation. We start Giving A F**k to that third person’s life. Well, how would you feel if you find out others are talking about it. Well, You may say that you wont care and all, but think deeply, and definitely you will want to fuck the person who are talking about you.

That’s what I want to Say through this small article. Never give a F**k To anyone’s life. If you really really care for someone, then just ask them to share their problems, instead of forcing them to share. If someone wants to share then he/she will definitely share things with you. If he doesn’t want to share, let him keep it to himself. Imagine you Just had a fight with someone and someone comes and asks you to share the things. In that irritation, you will definitely scold or kick the ass of the person there.

Also, if someone gets angry on you, or thinks wrongly about you, KEEP CALM AND SMILE. Rather that getting involved with questions like :”

“Why is he/she thinking so and so..?”

  “What have I done wrong?”

One must be patient and keep focused on his’/her own life. Don’t give a Fuck to those craps, cause it will just give you headaches and all. If you are focussed on your own life, you will not only achieve great heights, but you will enjoy the life in the most entertaining way.

“It is their problems, I don’t care.”

“It is their ill thoughts, I don’t care.”

“Let hell be going on his life, I don’t give a f**k.”

“I love you my family and my dearest friends, and my someone special, and if you love me too, I definitely give a fuck to what’s wrong with you.” :)..”

LIFE IS REALLY ENTERTAINING, And the best way to live it is By “NOT GIVING A FUCK.”

CHAPTER 4:- HOW SOCIETY DON’T ALLOW YOU TO KEEP CALM, AND HOW TO KEEP CALM

  KEEP CALM AND LET KARMA!”

“KEEP CALM AND BELIEVE IN GOD!”

I hope all of you are quite familiar with the above quotes. And many of you follow them too. Well, its actually really good if you are following them, but I am sure none of you are doing it in the proper way. Anyone can let Karma or can believe in God. But the “KEEP CALM” part is the toughest. Most of us are unable to it. Sometimes, even the most decent people can lose their calm and behave in a very inhuman manner. So, the question to be discussed here is “How To Keep Calm?”

First of all I will discuss few situations in which it is very difficult to control ourselves. Then I will tell you HOW TO KEEP CALM!

Situation 1:- BEING DISCOURAGED BY THE SOCIETY:

The most common time when one is unable to control oneself is when he/she is discouraged by the society. He/she understands that the society is meant to be ignored but still can’t keep his calm. Hey! Let me clarify that by society, I mean only the surroundin
gs, not your parents. Now getting back, here are few tips that will help you to keep calm.

  a) “LISTEN, AGREE AND THEN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WERE GOING TO DO ANYWAY.” – ROBERT DOWNEY JR.

b)”AFTER LISTENING TO THEM, DO ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY, NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS.”

c)”SAY TO YOURSELF:-“IF THEY ARE SAYING THESE THINGS TO ME, THEY MUST BE SAYING THESE TO OTHERS TO. IT’S THEIR HABIT AND I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE EVEN A BIT OF ATTENTION TO THEIR WORDS.”

Situation 2:- When You Are Wrongly Blamed:-

This is the most difficult time for anyone to keep calm. You are made to pay for something you haven’t done. You are deprived of your rights due to other’s mistake. How to Keep Calm, the points are:-

  a) AGREE TO DISAGREE. To be honest, you are helpless at that time. Agreeing to the society is the best thing to do. But in your mind you should disagree and stick to the truth.

  b) LONELINESS: For a few days, try to lessen your interaction with people. The less you hear, the more its good for you. This will keep you cool and help you to keep calm.

  c) TIME FOR ACTION: Only when the society has finished blaming you, then only you start to find out the actual one committing the crime. Try to convince the society and make them believe you are not guilty.

I hope the above two cases are enough at this point of time. If you have got more situations in which you are unable to keep calm, you are welcome to put them in the comments below. And you will be supplied with the best solutions.

CHAPTER 5:- HOW SOCIETY CREATES THE GENERATION AND DECISION GAP BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR PARENTS

"Dad, I wanna go to abroad for studies."

“No son, stay here.! There are a number of good colleges here too.”

When such differences arise among parents and their ward. We call call it a Generation Gap. But its a Wrong concept.

Generation gap is the difference in views of two generations on the same condition. What i am talking about is as I call it The Decision Gap.

And the biggest factor or I say sole factor for this gap is Society and one being submissive towards it.

  How is any decision made??

People think that decision is made in 4 steps.:-

  1. Listening to the society.

  2. Collection of information.

  3. Analysing the informations.

  4. Decision making.

  But its the wrong concept.

Decision is actually made in these steps:-

  1. Listening to the society.

  2. Collection of information from the society.

  3. Analysing the elements collected from the society.

  4. Decision making.

Hence it is clear that it is one’s society that makes the decision..

  The Decision Gap:-

Since the surroundings of parents and their wards are entirely different. One of relatives and aged and experienced people and the other of young bloods, the decision made are completely different.

Its not that the parents decision are always correct or that of their ward is always wrong. Then what is the solution.

  Solution:-

There is neither a parent’s decision nor the student’s decision. There is either the correct decision or the wrong decision. The intelligence lies in which decision you take. People may say DO

WHAT YOU WISH TO…But these situations are not like that. What if you fail in your decision?? Would you then be able to gather the guts to face your parents.??

In these type of situations, the decisions that you have to make should be thought over and over again. Looking at the merits and demerits,

  chances of success and failure..

If after that, you are confident enough that you will succeed in your decision, then try to convince your parents. Make them aware of the merits of your decision and demerits of their’s. If your parents are still not satisfied, then follow your path alone. But before going onto your path, do think What Would Happen If You Fail”??

  CHAPTER 6:- THE SUPERSTITIOUS SOCIETY

“Mom, it’s too hot here. My long hairs are just giving me headache. I am going to get a cut.”

“Sorry Son! It’s Saturday! We don’t cut hairs or nails on Saturday.”

  “Ok”

On Sunday there was too much crowd in the salon and on Monday I got some work. Hence on Tuesday…

“Sorry son it’s Tuesday. We don’t cut hairs on Tuesday.” I was like WTF!!!

This is our Hindu Mythology. A culture full of superstitions, a culture full of myths, a culture full of do’s and don’ts. Some call it religion, some call it culture and some call it God’s will. I don’t know what it actually is; but I call it simply SUPERSTITION. Why superstition? Let me clarify myself.

Wearing a ring of Ruby or Wearing a Ring of Diamond, all have their scientific benefits. I am not going to explain how but they have. But if you aren’t allowed to cut your hair or nails three days in week, all you are going to get is headache and some long nails. I don’t know which God is going to be happier seeing their devotees in pain. Yes, I just got to hear that that you can’t wash your hairs on Tuesday, Thursday And Saturday. Wow! More headache.

Next one: You are just steps away from your examination hall and you are already late for say 15 minutes. What made you late is that you sneezed while leaving home and your parents told you to wait for another sneeze before leaving. And suddenly a black cat comes in your way. “Oh no! You are not crossing the road, isn’t it? Even though there is no one in your sight to cross the road, but you won’t, because THE CULTURE DOESN’T ALLOW IT. Even though all you are going to get is a late attendance at examination hall.

“WOW! THE SUPERSTITION IS GIVING YOU HEADACHES, MAKING YOU LATE FOR YOUR EXAMS and…”

Last One:- Son! You are going to a very important test. Here, take a bit of Curd.”

“But Mom! Milk doesn’t suit me early morning.”. “No son! Take it, come on!”.

He takes a spoonful of curd and goes to the examination hall. He starts feeling uncomfortable because he wasn’t able to digest the curd. His mind is distracted and he is unable to concentrate on the exams.

WELL! ISN’T IT A GREAT CULTURE..!!

This article didn’t mean to hurt anybody. It just focussed on the superstitions. I am also a Hindu and I am the guy who is fed up. I am sorry if it hurt anyone but you know what, I think we all must think on it. Not only on Hindu Superstitions but on every single superstitions existing in this living world.. And I promise you a much better world.

CHAPTER:- 7 THE FEAR OF FAILURE GENERATED BY THE SOCIETY..!

If I ask everyone out there, What’s your biggest fear?? I will get answers like DEATH, DOGS, SNAKES, HEIGHT etc.

But above every fear, lies the biggest fear.. A fear that’s not prevalent everytime, but when it is, It fears the hell out of everyone. That’s the FEAR OF FAILURE..

I haven’t studied well for the exams, what will happen?

I am not in a good batting form, What if i fail to perform in the upcoming match??

These fears are truly a man’s biggest fear and needs to be eliminated. Question: Can anyone eliminate this fear? How? Yes. There lies a simple solution. The only solution to this problem is SELF CONFIDENCE.

  Confidence provides Stable Mind.

A mind that can think well, execute well, even if the situations are not in our way. Mentality should be like “What if i haven’t prepared well, I will write everything I have prepared in a well organised manner.. What if my form is not well, I will play slowly and steadily.. My readers the above mentioned things are based on real life experiences. I witnessed it in my maths exams, and my cousin in his league cricket match. Anyway one more point, and an important one.:- Fear Of Failure After Performance Omg!

My maths paper was so creepy, i won’t pass.

Omg! Shit! I am not getting an increment even such hard work.

My dear friends, I know bad things have happened. But continuing to think about those would make yo
ur present and future even worse. Why are you just triggering your minds again and again by thinking about those??

Focus on your present. Make it the best. That will surely cover up for your past failures.. -

CHAPTER 8:- HOW SOCIETY DOESN’T ALLOW A BOY AND GIRL TO BE BEST FRIENDS?

Can a boy and girl be best friends?? A topic most debated in the society. Some say yes, some no. And some can think and think and think but still fail to draw any conclusion. And i say you all are correct. They can be best friends if they wish to be. I know my answer is quite confusing, but just read this one and you will get the answer.

Lets say you have a best friend of the same sex as yours.

You two freak out, do crazy things, and talk to each other on a daily basis. Why you two do so? Simple, cause you love too. Just say by some means you too get apart, you begin to miss each other. It happens, isn’t it?? Similarly, you two get addicted to talking with each other. It happens two and you regard him/her as your best friend.

Now when you have got a best friend of the opposite sex, and you do the same things mentioned above, then there could be two possibilities depending upon your mentality:-

  1. You forget that he/she is your opposite sex, and you two keep maintaining the best friend relationship. This is the case when people say a boy and girl can be best friends.

  2. Somewhere in the middle of your friendship, you begin to think that he/she is my opposite sex. You two start to think

why I feel like i am addicted to talking?Am I in love?”

“Why do I love it being with him/her. Have i started to like her?”
