PRESENT DAY
MONDAY 15/3

Mum was a mess. All the way home from Liam's house she has clutched that note that supposedly was from my dad tightly in her hand. I'd tried to persuade her to let me read it but mum had refused.
I didn't know what to believe, is my dad alive?
Mag's tyre's spun as mum turned sharply into our driveway and I saw her look grimly up at the manor. I could feel her fear compounding mine and I squirmed in my seat.
What lay behind that door... was the evil entity mum believed had taken Jade and her family waiting for us?
It had meant so much to me coming here to live in my dad's childhood home, but now?
I fought back the tears that threatened to engulf me, my emotions were running wild.
I looked down at the emerald green stone in my hand. It felt warm and tingly and I wondered if my stone guide trapped inside could give me the answers I so desperately needed.
For the first time in my life I no longer know who I truly am.
