  Sage waited until he'd left before she pulled a wallet from the bag. Opening it she found a driver's license, a debit credit card, social security card, check book, and several other cards. All were made out to Sage Lewin, and she was pretty sure that was her in the photo on the license. Okay, so she was Sage Lewin of Temperance, New York. She was also pretty sure she wasn't in New York now, judging from Wyatt's accent.

  Going back to the bag she found a manila envelope. Opening it she found a birth certificate, title to her vehicle, and other important papers she'd need. Some make-up and odd small items litter the very bottom with an address book. She thumbed through the small book, curious as to why most the pages were ripped out. The few remaining pages were blank. Looking at all the information, she could only assume she'd either been running from something or moving. But she couldn't remember which. For all she knew she took all this stuff with her on vacation, yet that didn't seem right.

  Replacing everything in the bag, she felt her stomach grumble. Curling her legs under her, she pulled the tray onto her lap.
