Chapter 1-Santa Has a Problem
“Are you sure?” Santa asked in disbelief as he sat with four lonely letters. .” “This cannot be” He exclaimed more to himself than anyone else. “Milo, bring me The List right away.” Santa requested. “Here is The List,” Milo said only seconds later as he let it unroll before Santa’s eyes. “Oh my. This IS a serious problem we have.” Remarked Santa as he eyed four lonely names on the naughty or nice list. “What has happened to all the boys and girls this year? Doesn’t anyone believe in Christmas this year?
“Prasanna find my sister, Princess Atnas and bring her here immediately. She should be in the Dome of Sandhi. Do hurry please! We must get to the bottom of this and correct it in time for Christmas.” Santa exclaimed to the head female elf.
Now many of you may not know that Santa has a sister nor that she is a Princess. She is Princess Atnas of The North Pole. She is the “Keeper of All Magic”. As the Keeper, all magic is sent out from her and given forth throughout the universe so that Magical things can be experienced everyday wherever hope, happiness and faith are needed. It was she that put the Magic in Frosty’s hat when he came alive. It was she that put the Magic into Rudolph’s nose so that it shines bright red for all to see in the Christmas sky.
As Princess Atnas entered the room Santa exclaims, “There are no names on The List except four little girls and no letters in the Letter Box except four letters from the same four little girls. We must find out what has happened to Christmas Spirit.” Santa blurted out. “It is Christmas Spirit that magically brings Christmas to life. Without that Spirit there will be NO CHRISTMAS!”
“Yes, we shall find the cause of this travesty” Princess Atnas softly spoke. She was the one that had calm and harmony about her all the time while her brother, poor Santa, was endowed with more of a high strung reaction to things. But, we can’t really blame him or hold that against him as we all know he is under extreme pressure during the Christmas season “Let us go to the monitoring room and look at all the levels in the readings.” Princess Atnas recommended.
Entering the monitor room they noticed the meters had very low readings in certain areas. Christmas Spirit was barely visible at all. While the Love reading was way down the hate reading was up high. A very good indication that Christmas was in big trouble. The whole Christmas Season may cease to exist. The Light of Love and Christmas Spirit was nowhere to be found. What had happened to Christmas? It lives in the hearts of children and adults. Where was it if it was no longer in their hearts?
Chapter 2-The Truth Finders
“Prasanna, you should go to the Ice Stables and bring The Truth Finders to me right away. We shall send them out unto the 4 corners of the world to find the truth of this situation. Go quickly as time is fading away.” Princess Atnas instructed.
The Truth Finders are magnificent creatures of power and magic. They are Nanocs or an animal that has the capability to change from one animal form into another. They are known in the North Pole by specific names no matter what form of animal they were. Their names are Magi, Glee, Ziggy and Scout. Yet, they always remain a snow white color if not invisible. Their power resonates of Love and Purity and Truth. Absolutely nothing can be hidden from them as they have the ability to read the thoughts and hearts of all people.
Atnas conveyed her instructions to the four Truth Finders in a calm and steady voice. Their mission was to go forth and find the truth behind the loss of Christmas Spirit. For this mission the Truth Finders assume the form of marvelous white Snow Birds. They will not return until they find the truth behind this awful tragedy that was unfolding.
The magnificent Snow Birds cried out as each one flapped their wings and lifted off heading in different directions to begin the journey of saving Christmas.
Chapter 3-The Prince of Darkness
On the fourth day after their release the Nanocs flew back into the North Pole. Their truth revealed that the children born innocent into the world had all lost that innocence. They had all been taught how to hate and how to become prejudiced towards others through the words and actions of the adults in the world. Their innocence was smothered by the hate and negative energy of the adults. It had reached a point where no one had love in their hearts. Without Love filled hearts there can be no Christmas Spirit.
There was one person that grew stronger with each darkened heart. He was Prince Tamasa, the Prince of Darkness. In fact his power became so strong that he stole the Christmas Spirit from everyone. Once he had all the Power of Darkness he did the most horrible thing of all. He stole the Light from the Star of Wonder. No Love or Christmas Spirit can exist without the Light of the Star of Wonder.
But, the biggest news Princess Atnas receives is of the activation of the Golden Birth Marks on four special girls. These girls carry a special power that emanates from their birthmarks in a beautiful golden glow. The glow represents the Purity and Love they each carry in their hearts and minds. A power strong enough to complete the circle of Magic to defeat Prince Tamasa and restore the light to the Star of Wonder and the Christmas Spirit to the world.
These were the four girls on Santa’s Nice List and the writers of the four lonely Christmas Wish letters. They were sisters in an enlightened family. Hannah, Olivia, Madison and Emily Gartlan. Each had a Golden birthmarks in the shape of one of the tips of the Star of Wonder. They would now become part of a journey to save the Star of Wonder and Christmas Spirit.
So it was destined that the Golden Marked Gartlan Girls would become a very important part of saving C
hristmas Spirit and the reawakening of the spark of Magic that lives in all people. For their power was the Power of Love and it lived within each one of them and it was divine indeed.
Chapter 4-The Girls With the Golden Birthmarks
The Truth Finders cut through the dense fog as they headed south. They made a loud snorting noise as each breathe gave birth to a wisp of steam from their nostrils when the warm exhale met the frigid air. They labored under the heaviness of the cold with every flap of their wings. Yet, they were in rare form this night as they were sent on the mission to bring the Golden Gartlan Girls back to the North Pole and Princess Atnas.
These beautiful mystical creatures were no longer the Snow Birds from earlier. Their form was now that of a horse. They had wings like a Pegasus and their wings gave out a soft luminescent glow of rainbow colors. They had a single horn like a unicorn and from this horn came forth the colors of the rainbow in a much more brilliant way. They possessed magic unknown to mankind.
As they approached the southern coast of the United States, they put out their invisibility shield for safety as they landed at their destination. The only ones that could see them would be the family of the Marked Sisters. Once there the Truth Finders delivered the message sent by Princess Atnas that it was time for the sisters to use their powers to bring back the Light and Love the world was missing. Only then could Christmas Spirit arise out of the darkness and the Magic of the season live once again in young and old!
Chapter 5-Heading Into Darkness
Arriving back at the North Pole, the Nonacs swooshed into the Snow Coliseum where Santa and Princess Atnas were waiting for them. They needed to act as soon as possible to save Christmas. The six of them gathered around the Globe of Knowledge and silenced their minds to connect. The vision came to them of the darkened Star of Wonder and of Prince Tamasa’s dark energy but also of a deep sadness in his heart.
With this knowledge the four girls and Princess Atnas were ready to get to work on trying to save Christmas Spirit. Though they had received info from the Dome of Knowledge they had not gotten all the answers to the many questions that would arise in the journey ahead. No matter because they had no choice but to proceed. And proceed they did.
They would all have to combine their powers with Princess Atnas’ Magic to confront Prince Tamasa and reverse the Darkness and retrieve the light of the Star of Wonder. They all knew that this would not be an easy task for Prince Tamasa had grown extremely strong with the darkness that had settled into the world.
With that they flew off south on the backs of the Nanocs and Princess Atnas flew on the back of the Great Nanoc named Majestyque.
Chapter 6-Battling the Prince of Darkness
Their search for Prince Tamasa took them deeper into the South where they met up with him at the South Pole. His power was dark and extremely strong. He held within his being the whole of the people’s happiness taken from them. He was ready for Princess Atnas and the Girls. He was looking to end Christmas once and for all.
The arrival of the group brought a soft glow of light into the South Pole. It came from the Spirit of Christmas found within the hearts and minds of the Girls and Princess Atnas. It was the Magic that was flowing out of each one of them that found its glow into Prince Tamasa’s domain. He immediately released a wave of his Dark Energy that knocked Little Emily off of her Nanoc and as she fell downward, he flew in on his black stallion and swooped her up and onto his horse.
Princess Atnas charged forward on Majestyque and with a gesture sent Magic Snowflakes blasting towards him in a beautiful but effective assault causing his powers to weaken. It was at that moment that Emily’s Nanoc came from the other side and Emily was able to jump onto its back as it made a sharp turn and flew quickly away from Prince Tamasa.
Emily noticed something unusual at the moment his power had weakened. There was a feel of a good energy that came forward and she noticed a weak golden glow coming from his back. In fact it was just like the Golden glow that she and her sisters possessed. “How could that be?” She wondered aloud. She was aware that she and her sisters had those marks and she had heard that Princess Atnas also had a similar Golden Mark. This just didn’t make any sense.
Emily quickly flew over to Princess Atnas and explained to her what she had seen and felt. “That can’t be” exclaimed Princess Atnas. “There are only four girls with the Golden Marks at any given time. We choose four girls that have true Christmas Spirit and because females are the heart of Love and they are strong and will not leave a friend in need. They are the strongest most level headed of the sexes who are more willing to sacrifice for the good of others. That is the true way of Love and the universe.” She then spoke up again saying, “The only others with such a mark and glow is myself and Santa and our long lost brother, Astan. He walked away from all things North Pole and Christmas years ago. We have not seen him since but he would never, ever allow such darkness and evil into his life and into his magic.”
Before she could say more, Prince Tamasa conjured up a whirling, spinning tornado of the Light of the Star of Wonder. Exclaiming loudly while doing so “Say goodbye to the Light of the Star of Wonder and Christmas forever!” I am sending it all into the Dark Hole of my world to never again be felt or seen by anyone. Farewell my little friends.”
Princess Atnas knew she had no time to waste and called to the Nanocs to circle the Girls around Prince Tamasa and the whirling Light. “We must all call on the Magic within us to let our powers be connected together and save the Light of the Star of Wonder and return it back to the heavens.”
As the four Gartlan Girls kept circling around and around Prince Tamasa they continued to meditate on the Magic within themselves. As they did so the Golden Marks began to glow brighter and brighter. There was a beautiful melody that became noticeable as there powers grew stronger. It sounded like thousands of Angels singing in harmony. With a brightness more brilliant than the noon day sun, a Golden Beam shot forth from the head of each girl and met at a point directly above the spinning Light vortex and as one distinct ray of Golden color shot down into the spinning mass of Light energy causing the Light mass to change from a bright white into a golden hue.
Prince Tamasa reared up on his stallion and with a wave of his hand shot forth a beam of red light that hit at the bottom of the whirling mass of light where the black hole was starting to open up to devour the Light. With a loud rumble and a resulting wave of energy shooting away from the opening his power was clearly evident. He seemed to be getting stronger as the Golden Gartlan Girls were straining to maintain their attempt in breaking his control over the Light and the Darkness of the World.
Princess Atnas watched as the black hole came alive and opened up to pull in the Light and void its very existence. With a deep breath and a centering of her Magic she clapped her hands together then cupped them. Out of her cupped hands came forth her Magic Snowflakes in a brilliant lighted stream accompanied by music of a thousand trumpets and majestic singing. Her Magic Snowflakes contacted the bottom of the Light where the Black hole was opening. It shot upwards through the center of the mass and connected with the Golden Light of the Girls. At that moment the Light of the Star of Wonder exploded into millions of light particles away from the Black Hole and in an instant shot upwards into the heavens where the million pieces of light came back together as the Star of Wonder.
As the Black Hole closed up and disappeared, Prince Tamasa was knocked off of his stallion and was dazed by the shear energy exchange that had just taken place. A funny thing started to happen all across the world. The young children started to get their Christmas Spirit back in their hearts and minds. They began to revert back to a time in their lives when they did not yet know of hate and prejudice and of judging others. That time of innocence before they learned of such things by the actions and words of adults. Adults began to find Love and acceptance back in their hearts and minds. The Spirit of Love and Truth once again invaded the world. Wi
th it came back the Spirit of Christmas.
What happened next was a Christmas miracle. Prince Tamasa began to change. He changed into who he was before he had become the Prince of Darkness. He stood upright and a golden glow was noticeable as he stood face to face with his sister, Princess Atnas. You see, Prince Tamasa was actually Astan Claus the brother who had walked away from the North Pole and Christmas so many years ago. Once they recognized each other they came together to embrace in a hug that hadn’t been given for so long. Oh what a wonderful reunion there was that day. “I hope you can forgive me dear sister,” Astan cried out. “I allowed my ego and jealousy to keep me separated from you and brother for all these years and all these Christmases. I have missed out on so much of your lives and I have lost so much precious time having you and brother as part of my life.” Atnas looked into his sad eyes and softly spoke, “Let not you be concerned or sorry for any choices you have made. They are all in the past and the past will never have power over our present or our future time. For we all have a new chance every minute of our lives to make the correct, positive choices. Choices that reflect the TRUTH and the Real Truth is Love. Let us not look back but move forward and be the best we can be for all people. Come now we must go quickly back to Santa and the North Pole. We have important work to accomplish. Now that we are all as a family again we shall do even greater things united.” With that said, Princess Atnas gently blew her Magic Snowflakes onto the Black Stallion. The snowflakes swirled around the stallion in a magical dance of light and love. Right before everyone’s eyes the stallion transformed into a powerful Nanoc. Mounting the Nanocs the Four Gartlan Girls, Astan and Atnas sat safely on the backs of these magical beings and headed through the clouds back towards the North Pole.
Chapter 7-Christmas Saved
The homecoming to the North Pole was a joyous occasion that was met with much celebration. Once again Santa, Atnas and Astan were together as a family and the Magic of the North Pole and Christmas was really complete. Astan was put back in charge of “Christmas Romance” and the “Loved Ones Reunion” departments, just like before he left.
