Part I
I come to you my fellow countrymen in a day when our Liberty and Freedom are being stolen away. How ironic is it that the thieves are no less than those we have elected to serve us.
There was a time when the Congress of these United States concerned itself with making just-laws that benefitted society as a whole. There was a time when Presidents used their administrations to execute those laws. Today we find Congress making laws that prop up not their constituents but deep pocket bankers, security traders and low information voters who are dependent on government for their existence. Not for the good of the country but for their reelection.
The Executive branch, led by the President, has gone into the business of law making via Executive Orders. And the current President who has been in office now six months into his second term has not governed for one minute of that time. He is on a perpetual campaign in-between rounds of golf, luxury parties with celebrities and vacations; but he has not governed.
What a train wreck this Presidency has become. Unemployment, true unemployment, is off the charts, race relations are in the tank, the economy is at best struggling, inflation is soaring, the debt accumulated will never be paid off in this life time or our children’s or grandchildren’s life time. The Constitution has been shredded and privacy is a thing of the past.
Then there are the scandals:
1. IRS targets Obama's enemies: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 election. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.
2.Benghazi: This is actually three scandals in one: The failure of administration to protect the Benghazi mission; the changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video; and the refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack.
3. Keeping an eye on The Associated Press: The Justice Department performed a massive cull of Associated Press reporters' phone records as part of a leak investigation.
4. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.
5. Potential Holder perjury I: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with "potential prosecution" of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.
6. The ATF "Fast and Furious" scheme: Federal agencies allowed weapons from U.S. gun dealers to "walk" across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF summarily lost track of scores of those weapons, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
7. Potential Holder perjury II: Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.
8. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for Obamacare.
9. The Pigford scandal:An Agriculture Department effort that started as an attempt to compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency but evolved into a gravy train delivering several billion dollars in cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers who probably didn't face discrimination.
10. GSA gone wild: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind readers. Resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator.
11. Veterans Affairs in Disney World: The agency wasted more than $6 million on two conferences in Orlando. An assistant secretary was fired.
12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made "extemporaneous partisan remarks" during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the election of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.
13. Solyndra: Republicans charged the Obama Administration funded and promoted its poster boy for green energy despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm elections.
14. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name "Richard Windsor" when corresponding by email with other government officials; drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny.
15. The New Black Panthers: The Justice Department was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a voter intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing voters at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.
16. Waging war all by myself: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.
17. Biden bullies the press: Vice President Biden's office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.
18. AKPD not A-OK: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned whether the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him.
19. Sestak, we'll take care of you: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).
20. I'll pass my own laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce; including the decision not to deport illegal immigrants who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the "Dream Act."However, it's important to note that many of these are not "scandals" in the typical Bill Clinton and Anthony Weiner sense, but rather the machinations of an imperial president who seeks to "rule" over his "subjects," without their consent.

Here is another “Scandal” that has not received any media attention:
21. Operation Extortion 17: The Chinook was shot down by Afghan militants, and all 38 on board perished. Among the dead were 30 Americans, including 22 Navy SEALS, seven Afghan soldiers and one Afghan translator. Their bodies were later recovered, but the helicopter’s black box was not. Pentagon officials have said that it could not be recovered, citing a flash flood that happened soon after the assault. The big question is, were these brave Americans sold out by the Afghani government as payment to the Taliban for the death of bin Laden?”

What is it about President Obama th
at got him re-elected given the dirty laundry list above? I alluded to it earlier, he doesn’t govern: he campaigns. He continually separates himself from any negative results of his policies. Always placing the blame on others: Bush, Tea Party, Republicans.
I didn’t think this up folks. It comes from the Doctor of Democracy, the Dean of Advanced Conservative Studies at the EIB Institute, Rush Limbaugh. It is called the Limbaugh Theorem and it describes perfectly how Obama, aided by the media, maintains his job approval numbers by always campaigning while pretending that he is “working” to solve the problems he created.
Most recently he has hit the campaign trail again faulting others for his lack of progress. With a straight face he stands before his minions and states that “Washington has dropped the ball” that they have lost focus because of “Phony Scandals.” It is truly unbelievable what this man gets away with saying and the media regurgitates it as if it came down from the mountain with Moses.
Why is the Presidency of Barak Obama so intent on destroying the foundation that made the United States of America the most powerful, prosperous and freest nation the world has ever known?
There have been many trees killed pursuing the facts of Obama’s life: and millions of dollars spent in protecting the facts of that life.
This missive is not to debate his place of birth although I personally believe there is evidence that his Hawaiian birth certificate was manufactured. And it is not to debate whether or not he is a Muslim although there is strong circumstantial evidence that during his early childhood he did participate in that religion.
If you read his biography and autobiographical writings he is just a normal guy who happened to grow up in Hawaii and Indonesia: Nothing to see here, move along.
The answer to the above question is that Barak Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro did not “grow up an American.” When he was born Hawaii, an annexed territory of the United States since 1898, had been a State for only two years. While now a State its people and culture were not what one would consider “mainstream” American.
So for my purpose here, a little comparison.
I grew up in a small town in South Florida and relative to the time had a normal American childhood. I went to Elementary, Middle and High School in the same community. I was a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout. I played Little League and Pony League baseball. Later I played football in Middle School and was Captain of my High School football team.
My mentors were first, my parents, Mom and Dad, and my Grandparents. Mr. Drainer my elementary school Principal; Coach Gray, my Pony League baseball coach; Mr. Phillips and Mrs. Lambie, my 9th grade Math and Science teachers; Mr. Aubrey "Moe" Fuller; my high school football coach. There were others to be sure but the passage of time has dulled my memory.
Each of the people above instilled in me what it was to be an American. Play hard but play fair, seek knowledge and honor your country.
Religion did not play a major role in my life as a child. My parents and grandparents were Christians. Although we were not "church goers" God was always a part of my upbringing. During my youth I attended church with friends but not with any regularity. I was particularly fond of Vacation Bible School and attended every summer.
After high school I joined the US Air Force where I spent 24 years before retiring. It was here that all the things I learned as a child came together in three words: Duty - Honor - Country.
Part III
Barak Obama was, for the sake of argument, born in Hawaii and attended school in both Hawaii and Indonesia. His early religious exposure was Islam which is a huge part of Muslim schools. After returning to Hawaii he was raised by his grandparents who by all accounts were Liberal Leftists at best and like his mother possibly Socialists. There is no mention of scouting or youth sports only a passing mention of playing basketball in high school.
His mentors during his formative years were anti-American Leftists and a prominent Communist sympathizer named Frank Marshall Davis. Later as he move to California to attend college he was exposed to Bill Ayres, his wife Bernadette Dorn and Saul Alensky.
After college he moved to Chicago where his religious and cultural training came under the tutelage of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright whose "Christianity" is based in Black Nationalism and decidedly anti-American. He married Michelle LaVaughn Robinson a radical in her own right and a product of the Chicago Daley political machine. Her mind set revealed when Obama was elected President she stated: “for the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country.”
I believe that given his upbringing as a child, youth and young adult fully expose Barak Obama as the person who as a candidate for President stated that he wanted to "fundamentally change America." Had anyone paid attention at the time they would have been able to predict the events occurring today.

Part IV
I recently read an article on the DC Clothesline blog by Larry Fontenot titled “Barack Obama Wants His War & Won’t Give Up Until He Gets It.” An interesting article and something I have been thinking about for some time, even more so after the George Zimmerman verdict.
It has been apparent to anyone paying attention that since the day he first took office his plan to “fundamentally change America” was based on division of the country: Rich/Poor, North/South, Black/White/, White/Hispanic. With the Zimmer verdict he got a trifecta.
Since the verdict I have been expecting the major urban areas to explode in the manner of the ‘Long Hot Summer” of 1967; a year in which 159 race riots erupted across the United States. It was surely being pushed by the race hustler, Al Sharpton and being spurred on by the Obama propaganda machine, the main stream media.
This would of course been made to order for Obama to shut down the country, impose martial law and complete abandonment of the Constitution.
He has been preparing for war for some time now with the militarization of local police and the agents of Homeland Security poised as the tip of the spear.
He has also been working hard at revamping the military command structure pushing out Flag Officers that disagree with him and appointing Officers loyal to him in their place. It has been reported that to hold a Senior Officer position in today’s military the candidate must state that he is willing to order his troops to fire on American citizens if so ordered. He has also been courting the UN and specific countries like Russia bringing in these foreign soldiers to train with DHS and our military.
But for some reason the Zimmerman spark did not ignite. The summer is not yet over and there is a target rich environment out there: racial distrust and hostility, high unemployment, soaring inflation and an overall economy that is teetering on collapse. Any one of these or combination of them could easily trigger an event morphing into Martial Law and civil war.
I don’t like to dwell on such negative thoughts. I tend to “Hope for the best, plan for the worst.” The article by Larry Fontenot referenced above closed with the following quote:
“The whole course of human history may depend on a change of heart in one solitary and even humble individual – for it is in the solitary mind and soul of the individual that the battle between good and evil is waged and ultimately won or lost.” - M. Scott Peek.
I pray that one individual is somewhere among us now.
Part V
Barack Obama has ‘fundamentally changed’ America. He did not do this alone; there has been 100 years of Progressive (Read: Liberal, Socialists) elements working toward this end. America in now divided into Red States and Blue States mostly geographically, urban and rural, but more in the mind set of the people.
Our political system is centered on Congress rather than the White House. That tidbit of information has been lost over the past few decades. The problem in American politics is not presidential leadership or lack of it. No president is a superhero.
/> As Ezra Klein of The Washington Post stated "But since the problem in American politics is not presidential leadership, telling them that the president—whether this one or a new one—can fix it traps voters in an endless cycle of inspiration and disillusionment. They vote for presidents expecting them to be 'uniters,' expecting them to 'change Washington,' and then they're bitterly disappointed when their heroes fail. But on this score, presidents are going to continue to fail because they can't possibly succeed."
Presidential Leadership comes into play when governing not in the politics of campaigning. And therein lays the problem with Barak Obama: a non-President. He has no leadership abilities and he does not govern. He has said “I am not a dictator…” but if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck… it’s a duck.
The policies that have come from Obama have come in the form of political (read campaign) pronouncements. The policies that flow from these pronouncements are designed by hard core Leftists in his administration and Congress. There is no debate allowed and consensus is defined by acceptance with no compromise; the ‘my war or the highway mentality.’
In short Obama has become successful only because he has divided the country. With his Community Organizer skills he has created the greatest class warfare perhaps in the history of the country. His economic and monetary policies have all but destroyed free market capitalism.
His worldview comes from a foreign paradigm: Socialism. Barack Obama did not grow up an American. His mentors and heroes did not praise Liberty and Freedom, hard work and fair play or honor and duty.
He never learned that individuals could work together for a successful outcome while maintaining their individuality.
Throughout the annals of world history man has been subservient to a master, a monarch and/or tyrant. Then on July 4, 1776 fifty-six men “with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor” changed that world.
That is a lesson Barack Obama never learned.
