  Introduction

  Dear Readers,

  I want to tell you why i wrote this novel. I have seen the importance of HIV after i started working at Medical Microbiology Laboratory. Health care workers were having needle accidents, they were asking to test HIV as soon as possible panicky. So this panic led me to tell people about HIV.

  And i am a Muslim. Unfortunately, even though my religion Islam is a religion of peace, we have been seeing a lot of troubles about Muslims in the world nowadays. I wanted to tell people about Islam. Islam really cares about all human. The world jihad is actually not to kill people, it is actually to cherish people, to help people to be happy. I wanted to give samples with a Muslim infectious disease doctor in my novel. I am openminded about all constructive criticisms. Feel free to tell me your opinions. It is my first novel, so in Turkish we have a saying,

  "Sürçi lisan etti isek affola..." which means,

  "Forgive us for albeit lapsus linguae."

  Chapter 1

  Let’s meet Brian

  Brian was 3 years old when his parents were divorced. He is the single common kid of his parents. His father, Gary was working in a very big company in a very important administrative position. Gary was loving his job even though it made him very stressful and aggressive sometimes. Gary loved Laura (Brian’s mother). They met at a party at university years. Laura didn’t like Gary at first, but at the end of university, Laura decided to marry him. Because Gary was very successful and started to work in a very big company. So, the money and being rich was more important to Laura than to be loved or loving. But Gary, he was very vivid, loved his job, loved his wife. He loved Laura, because he was amazed with her beauty and body. He didn't take care of her personality so much. Laura was a member of a economically normal family. But she had targets about being a very rich and popular in future. So she was feeling alright about anything to do to be rich. But Gary couldn’t see this fact because he was very amazed. After Gary was accepted by the big company and starting to be rich made Laura convinced about marrying him. The future of Gary was seeming promising. Gary had started job and they got married one year later. Gary was earning really good money comparing to average of society. The first wish of Laura was a honeymoon in Hawaii from Gary after marriage. They were seeming very happy, but Laura was feeling that’s just a step for her targets and dreams. Gary was wishing to be father, but Laura was delaying after a few years from marriage. Laura was using her woman powers to amaze Gary and make him do her wishes. A luxury life, wasting money of Gary... Gary's friends and families tried to warn him but they kept wasting money and he had to receive loan from different banks to satisfy his wife’s very expensive wishes. Suddenly something happened surprised Gary. Laura got pregnant. Gary was very happy and he forgot his money problems. He was jubilating. But there was a problem. He had to pay a lot of loans that he received from the banks. The loans were so much over of income of Gary. Meanwhile, problems between Laura and Gary started. Because Gary could not supply even needs of pregnant Laura. Gary had to sell his car, but that was not enough. He had to sell Laura’s car too. But Laura denied this. All of these problems were causing a decrease of Gary's performance at work too. His boss warned him a few times. Laura finally gave a birth. But she was very unhappy and was always discussing with Gary. Laura was also not wishing to be pregnant, but that was happened and Laura's life for her lower self was leaving her. Laura decided to name baby “Brian”. Gary could not say anything much. He accepted. Finally, Gary lost almost every property of him. Bank took all from him. Laura left him with Brian. Laura was trying to be a movie star, but she didn’t try much when Gary was rich. Because, she was just satisfying her wishes and ego. So she escaped to her mother’s house with Brian. And opened a new life. So Gary, the guy who works a lot, the guy who loves his wife a lot, the guy who tries his best lost everything of his job at the end. He was very clever and hardworking guy, but his eyes were covered by amazing beauty and body of Laura. He could never think the future. He did whatever Laura wished. Finally, he lost her and even Brian. The divorce suit took 3 years. Because Gary didn't go to hearings. Gary was homeless. Finally he found a roommate and a new job and started a new life. About Laura, she hided some money and property from Gary. So it was easier for her to start a new life than Gary. But Laura was with Brian. She didn’t wish him. Brian was an unwanted baby, a produce of an accident. After divorce, Brian had to stay with Laura. Laura felt like she had to get rid off Brian to be a very famous movie star. She was leaving Brian to her mother. But it was very tiring for her mother, so Laura started to pay her mother to look after Brian. Poor Brian... Laura found a job and finally left Brian and her mother.
